Emmett Line, M.S., LAC, is a licensed associate counselor in New Jersey and earned his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He offers individual, group, and family therapy focused on holistic wellness. Emmett believes in empowering each client on their own journey and accompanying them as they navigate challenges. While Emmett is skilled in multiple modalities of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic therapies, he specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ populations with a particular focus on transgender and nonbinary individuals with multiple marginalized identities, as well as those navigating disordered eating and body image concerns. Emmett has worked extensively in community and university counseling, and as such is particularly skilled in working with adolescents and emerging adults facing systemic issues.
